Description
Brilliant light-yellow colour with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit, and discreet aromatic herbs. Round on the palate, with excellent balance between freshness and finesse. Persistent aftertaste with a long finish.
Paired with green salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, pan-fried pelagic fish, sea meze dishes and a wide variety of fish on the grill.
