Description
Brilliant pale-yellow colour with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical of the variety, with fine aromas of pome fruits, citrus fruits, and a sweet hint of melon in the end. The oak is discreet, giving priority to the fruit. Quite full mouth, creamy, with excellent balance between freshness and finesse. Persistent aftertaste aromas with a long finish.
Paired with white meat or veal in rich, creamy sauces, sided by vegetables, as well as with veal sweetbreads, grilled or cooked fish in white sauces, and smoked fish.
