Chios Mastiha Liqueur “Psychis” is traditionally produced in Chios by the Psychis distillery and is a distillation product from the authentic Chios mastic. According to the local tradition, it’s served accompanied by a dessert, after a meal, or with coffee. It’s an excellent choice for a shot (try it chilled) or in cocktails, even as an aperitif.
