An excellent blend of the cosmopolitan and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc and the estate’s own rich Assyrtiko. Light greenish-yellow colour with intense clarity. Impressive bundle of aromas that highlight its varietal character. Fresh aromas of tropical fuit and grapefruit alternate with notes of citrus fruit and lemon in a combination that awakes the senses. Rich, full, well-balanced taste, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and lasting aromatic aftertaste. Served at 10 °C and best consumed within 2 years.
Paired with grilled or pan-fried fish, seafood varieties, green salads with fresh and dried fruit, grilled vegetables, and white cheese varieties.
