Description
The estate’s top 100% Assyrtiko wine, made from overripe grapes harvested in mid-October. Fermentation for 5-6 days with the grape marc, from very small yields. Maturation for 9 months in 500 L barrels. Served 11-13°C. A wine with long evolution and rich body.
