Description
Grown in the vineyards of Solina and Savros, at an altitude of 645m, where the southern orientation, the northern winds and the red sandy clay soil make up the unique terroir of Amyntaio, Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by a light lemon colour with golden hues and a strongly aromatic character. Fruity aromas dominated by citrus fruit, passion fruit, guava, white peach, with a background of botanical notes and flowers. Fresh in the mouth, with high acidity and light to medium body. Excellent pair for fruit, green salads, seafood, and grilled fish.
