Description
Produced from the vineyard called Konti Karydia (= short walnut tree) at an altitude of 630m, where the south orientation, the northern winds and the red sandy-clay soil make up the unique terroir of Amyntaio. A wonderful blend of Xinomavro, Cabernet Sauvignon and Montepulciano, that stands out for the bright purple colour, and the complex bouquet of spices and ripe black fruit like plum. Velvety tannins and spicy aftertaste.
Excellent pair for grilled red meat, barbeque, smoked cold cuts and cheese.
