Description
Deep red colour. In the nose, exuberant aromas of mature red and black fruits, violet, coffee and chocolate are harmoniously combined with the distinctive spicy character. On the palate, full body with round tannins and well-balanced acidity, aromatic richness and long aftertaste.
Paired with red meat in intricate sauces, game birds and other game meat, as well as with spicy cheeses. Served at 16-18 °C.
