Description
Produced from the Chardonnay variety grown on the estate since 1983. With a bright yellow-gold colour and the aromas of honey, vanilla, and ripe citrus fruit, with back notes of smoke and nuts, it has a rich mouthfeel and a full, complex taste and can be aged for several more years. Best served at 10-12 °C.
Paired with white-fleshed fish, smoked fish, or fish in white sauce, molluscs and shellfish, and caviar dishes. .
