Description
Dark purple colour, rounded tannins, and good structure, even after 18 months of barrel aging. Beautifully developed bouquet dominated by cherries and plums, followed by notes of vanilla and spices.
Paired with grilled meat, spicy cold cuts, and yellow cheese varieties.
