Description
Slightly hazy in colour, due to the fact that the wine is bottled unfiltered, with discreet bubbles that rise quickly to the surface of the glass. Aromas of summer Mediterranean fruits on a background of mastic and lime. The fine bubbles highlight the freshness of the resin, while the unfiltered body gives a rich mouthfeel and extra complexity on the palate.
Paired with savory meze dishes, seafood, small fish, bottarga, and any sea food. Excellent as an aperitif or in refreshing cocktails! Best served at 6-8°C.
