One of the first premium Agiorgitiko wines to be released and the first great wine by Christos Aivalis. The vineyard named Monopati in the Nemea area, with the old vines aged 50 years old, and the rocky soil, gives this perfect, ripe, and dense fruit every year.
Dense red-black colour, with concentrated aromas of black fruit and oak notes, framed by nuts and herbal hints in perfect harmony. Tight structure in the mouth, powerful, creamy, with well-crafted tannins and beautiful acidity.
Paired with grilled or baked red meat, liver, and ripe yellow cheeses.
