Description
Rich deep purple colour. Complex aromas dominated by ripe black fruit, cedar, and black pepper, with oak, vanilla and tobacco hints. Rich body, balanced, with medium acidity, well-structured tannins, and spicy undertones. Excellent quality, rich and long finish.
Paired with game, and red meat in spiry sauce.
Served at 16 – 18°C.
