Description
Born from the distinguished Viognier variety of the estate’s own vineyard, planted in 1993 in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Its color is intense golden-yellow and presents a rich varietal character with aromas of apricot, peach, and notes of smoke in the long finish. It can be aged and is served chilled at 10–12 °C. It pairs with fatty fish, shrimp with white sauce, asparagus, special flavors (lobster, crab), and Asian cuisine.
