Description
Delicate sweet white wine. It’s produced only when the weather conditions at Zitsa winery allow it. The grapes are naturally dehydrated on the vine, enhancing their flavours and aromas. The result is a limited-edition dessert wine. It emerges aromas of citrus fruit, pear, white-fleshed peach, and dry fruit. Aged for two years in French oak barrels, it presents potential of further evolution. Good balance of sugars and acidity. Fresh, with a pleasant and lingering aftertaste. Paired with fruit tarts and a wide variety of cheeses. As well as savory and sweet foie gras dishes. Served at 12-13 °C.
