Description
Strawbar Origin 40.0% abv is an Eau de Vie produced exclusively from wild strawberries grown in Florina. These nutrient-rich berries are sorted and handwashed one by one before being double distilled into a fine, aromatic Eau de Vie.
Bright and clear colour. Intense nose, exuding pure aromas of wild strawberry that gradually releases delicate notes of red fruit and flowers. Generous mouthfeel, characterized by a light touch of alcohol, an oily body and a velvety finish that releases floral notes. Long, elegant aftertaste of strawberry. Served slightly chilled (6-8°C), neat, with ice, or mixed with any soft drink or juice (pink grapefruit soda, strawberry soda, lemonade, etc.).
