Description
Overripe grapes, 15-day ageing and controlled fermentation. It comes from the sun-dried grapes of the fine Santorini varieties Mantilaria, Aedani, Assyrtiko, Athiri and Mavrathiro. Inside it closes a sweet wonderful taste (sun-dried), a rich aroma and a bright deep red colour. It is mainly intended for the sacrament of communion but can also be served as an elegant dessert wine.
