Description
Deep, ruby colour with ruby highlights. Intense and dense nose, with a sense of freshness due to the vegetal character of Cabernet Franc. Rich aromatic profile based on ripe fruit (red berry, red cherry, and ripe strawberry) along with sweet aromas of chocolate, cinnamon, cedar, and a hint of oak. Full on the palate, with a rich extract, alcohol that balances the accentuated acidity, and ripe dense tannins. The flavours follow the aromas of the nose, accentuated by fruit. The aftertaste has duration, volume, and complexity.
