Description
Round and full on the palate, distinct oak, peppers, which unfolds into aromas of roasted pears, honey, muscat grapes, pineapple and cloves. Aromas of fruity spice cake, raisins, apricots, coconut and caramel. Then opens up to aromas of rose, orange blossom, nutmeg and ginger. Long finish with fresh notes of mint and fruits like plum and orange. Notes of liquorice, vanilla and fresh tobacco are also noticeable. A blend of 5 to 25 year old cognac, 20% of which has been aged in barrels containing Sauternes.
