It is the heart of a fine distillate, produced from best cretan grapes in artisanal discontinuous distillation with fractional copper alembics in rethymno, mixed with thyme mountain honey from cretan apiarists and local herbs. Sweet, yet intense aroma which delicately leaves the thyme aftertaste. Preferably servet at 10-12°C. Always enjoy in company.
