Description
This robust grape spirit is created from Cabernet Sauvignon, probably the most popular red variety in the world, and after attentive distillation in copper alembics. Crystal clear, with hints of forest fruit, chocolate, and mint on a peppery background. Full yet elegant, it brings out the “masculine” side of the variety. The more “traditional” will enjoy on its own after a meal, the “innovative” will pair it with thinly sliced bottarga, while the “bold” will try it with spicy flavours. Served lightly chilled at 6-8 οC, to reveal its aromatic riches.
