Description
Dilofos (“Deux Collines”) exudes ripe red fruit aromas that dominate the nose with a discreet sensation of vanilla from the oak barrels. It has round, charming, and fruity flavours with long aftertaste. Its excellent tannic structure allows further aging for 5 to 7 years.
Beef in tomato sauce with hilopites (Greek noodles), and pancetta are among the ideal food pairings.
