Description
Don Papa Baroko rum, produced from black molasses, matures for several years in American Oak casks in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended. It displays the original spirit of Don Papa, bursting with citrus and vanilla on the nose.
Citrus fruit aromas, bittersweet chocolate and cinnamon notes are dominant. Full-bodied on the palate, with notes of candied fruit and honey signing for a rich, long finish. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed in a cocktail.
