Description
Brilliant light-yellow colour with greenish tints. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of citrus fruit, passion fruit, and a sweet hint of melon at the finish. Quite full mouth, creamy, with excellent balance between freshness and finesse. Persistent aftertaste aromas with a long finish. Paired with a wide variety of seafood, raw or steamed shellfish, pasta with creamy sauces, grilled vegetables, sushi, Asian cuisine, and a wide variety of grilled fish.
