Description
Brilliant light-yellow colour with greenish hints. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with citrus fruit, passion fruit, green apple, and a sweet hint of peach in the end. The oak is discreet, giving priority to the fruit. Full mouth, creamy, with excellent balance between freshness and finesse. Persistent aftertaste aromas with a long finish.
Paired with white meat or veal in rich, creamy sauces, sided by vegetables, as well as with raw or cooked fish in white sauces, pasta with white meat in rich, semi-fatty sauces, and smoked fish.
