Description
Produced from the vineyard called Konti Karydia (= short walnut tree) at an altitude of 650m, where the south orientation, the northern winds and the red sandy-clay soil make up the unique terroir of Amyntaio. Light colour with salmon highlights, strawberry and raspberry aroma, and characteristic acidity that brings freshness on the palate.
Paired with Greek Mediterranean cuisine, oily dishes, Asian cuisine, and feta cheese.
