Evangelo is a blend of the red grape Syrah and the white Viognier. It is an elegant wine combining intense varietal aromas with the enhanced taste of aged wines. Served at 16-18 °C.
Paired with game birds, poultry in wine-based sauce, red and white meat on the grill.
