Description
Produced from the combination of two Greek varieties, Malagouzia and Assyrtiko. It has a bright pale-yellow colour with greenish hues. Distinctive nose with alternating impressions of exotic fruit and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon, herbs, and lemon. At the first contact with the palate, it exudes refinement, which it’s overall characterised by richness, harmony, a pleasant vitality, and a lemony finish. Best consumed in the first 2 years of its life. Served at 8-10 °C.
Paired with seafood, fish, white meat in light sauces, pasta, Greek salad (tomato & feta cheese), Asian cuisine.
