Description
This wine is produced from Xinomavro, a charismatic but demanding Greek grape variety from Macedonia, which has adapted perfectly to the microclimate of Epanomi in Northern Greece. It has a pale pink-salmon colour and aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), berries, cherries, and strawberries. Rich and well-structured in the mouth, with good acidity and an aromatic finish (sour cherries and cherries). Served at 10-12°C.
Paired with lobster spaghetti, pan-fried shrimp with tomato, pasta with minced meat, oily dishes, summer Mediterranean cuisine and a variety of exotic flavours.
