Description
This wine is produced from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is cultivated in a small part of the estate’s vineyards. It has a bright yellow-gold colour and an aromatic bouquet characterized by summer and tropical fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) in a background of toasted vanilla and aromatic herbs. Full-bodied, balanced, and well-structured, with the benefits of its contact with wood. Further evolution potential.
Enjoyed chilled at 10–12 °C.
Paired with shellfish, fatty fish, fried sole in aromatic butter, poultry or pork in white sauces, and smoked cheeses.
