Assyrtiko and Sauvignon blanc are spontaneously fermented in 500Lt clay amphoras giving birth to eLXis. A wine that ages for 60 days in contact with the grape skins and then is bottled without any treatment. LX=60 days. Aromas of minerality, nuts, dried fruits.
