Description
The touch of the great “Flying” winemaker Michel Rolland, who consults the estate on red winemaking, leaves a strong impression on our oldest red wine label. Bright and dense, purple red. Well structured bouquet, combining aromas of red forest fruit, cherry jam, and spices, on a discreet oak background. Warm and full at first, it then unfolds its richness, structure, and noble tannins. The long finish brings out the aromas of fruits and spices.
Paired with all red meats, especially with lamb chops or oven baked leg of lamb. A joy with a red sauce beef casserole or soft mature cheeses like brie or camembert.
