Description
The cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc and the Aegean Assyrtiko, the two white varieties Costas Lazaridis first planted in Drama, shape the character of this wine. Straw yellow, crystal bright colour, with greenish hues, an indication of its youth. Attractive, fresh aromas reminiscent of peach, mango, and pineapple on a citrus background. The grace and finesse of the Sauvignon Blanc meet the strength and intensity of the Assyrtiko. The result is a wine with a fresh full taste and a fruity finish.
Paired with green salads, wild greens filo pies, grilled vegetables, seafood and shellfish with light sauces, grilled fish with olive oil, lemon and herb dressing. Excellent with fresh white cheeses, like Anevato, Xinomyzithra or the French Chèvre.
