Description
Bright, yellow-green colour. Intense with vegetal and terpenic hints on a background of white flowers and white fleshed fruit. Round and full, with refreshing acidity and great freshness. Intense taste, with a long finish dominated by aromas of peach and apricot.
Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif or with green salads, especially salads with aromatic herbs such as dill or fennel, or fruit, like grapefruit, peach, or apple, as well as with soups made with herbs, like magiritsa (Greek Easter soup). Excellent with mild creamy cheeses like manouri or brie
