Description
Bright, green-yellow colour, with intense aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers, with a sense of minerality. Same flavours on the palate, with an extremely high and refreshing acidity. Delicate and long finish. It’s a fresh wine to enjoy on the spot, and yet the longer it stays in the bottle, the stronger the Assyrtiko character becomes. Best served at 9-11°C, paired with Greek summer dishes, fish, salads, pasta, and risotto.
