Description
Bright, golden colour. Complex nose with aromas of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), honey and curry, with delicate hints of roasted bread. Oily and round in the mouth, with a sense of sweetness, and a long-lasting freshness on the finish.
Best served at 10-12°C, paired with grilled fish, shellfish, pasta, and a wide selection of high-fat cheeses.
