Description
Produced from the varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a small contribution of Agiorgitiko. It is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. It has a deep purple to red-black colour. The nose brims over aromas of red fruit, redcarrant and spices, intertwined with vanilla, cedar, and milk chocolate notes. In the mouth, it is rich, expansive, with velvety tannins that give a persistent finish and great aging potential. Served at 18 °C.
Paired with red meat, barbeque or hearty oven roasts, pork roll, sausages, cold cuts, and soft cheeses.
