Description
This delightful dry rosé wine is made from the French Syrah variety grown with special care in the coolest part of the Estate’s vineyard, especially for the production of rosé wine. Bright cherry colour with blue hues. Rich aroma of red fruit, strawberry, cherry, blueberry, and notes of toffee. Rich, balanced, with excellent structure and full-bodied mouth. Its refreshing acidity combined to its fruity character gives a long and aromatic finish.
Paired with shellfish, crayfish, lobster and shrimp, seafood pasta, as well as with sauteed mushrooms, oily dishes, and a variety of cold cuts.
