Description
It is the first wine produced outside of Crete from the Cretan variety Vidiano, which is ideally adapted to the slopes of Mount Paggaio, with a small amount of Assyrtiko. The nose is dominated by aromas of apricot, pear, herbs and citrus. The taste is rich, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and a delightful aftertaste. It goes well with fried or grilled fish, poultry and yellow cheese varieties
