Description
White wine from overripe vintage, one month after the start of the regular vintage, where it fermented and matured with the lees in a jar for 24 months. It is a special, extreme version of Santorini Assyrtiko, with a very rich body, long aftertaste and high alcoholic degree. The underwater volcano officially called Columbo, The Oates called it Akulubo.
