Description
Tsililis Distillery has created Dark Cave, black, aged 12 years, a distillate made from freshly fermented pomace of high quality grapes from Thessaly. Distilled in small discontinuous copper stills through a slow, patient process to keep fresh and sweet aromas.
The ageing process takes place in carefully selected vinsanto oak barriques, for 12 years. The result is a distillate with natural colour and a range of mellowed varietal aromas of honey, dry fruits, spices and notes of orange and dark chocolate, along-smooth finish and a raisin and tobacco aftertaste.
