Description
The bright salmon-pink colour reveals a wine with finesse and a pleasing aromatic character. On the nose, vivid aromas of white peach blend with fine notes of white flowers, while on the palate the refreshing acidity balances with the subtle sweetness, which offers the wine a rich mouthfeel and a lingering, aromatic, mildly sweet aftertaste.
Paranga Rosé is delightful as an aperitif but is also an excellent pair for light salads with red fruit or salmon, spicy dishes of Asian or Mexican cuisine, and fruit-based desserts.
