Golden colour. Rich aromas of dried nuts, honeycomb, honey, and floral chamomile. Dry on the palate, with intense acidity and characteristic minerality. The flavour palette follows the aromas along with ripe fruit and barrel scents such as oak and vanilla. Long, complex, aromatic aftertaste. Paired with fish, seafood, white meat, vegetables, and hard cheese varieties.
