Description
Produced from the varieties of Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright rose colour.
Delightfully fresh aromas, dominated by the aromatic palette of ripe strawberry, blackberry, and sour cherry. In the mouth, richly textured, powerful, with a refreshing acidity.
Best served at 8-10 °C.
Try it with pasta, white meat in fresh tomato sauce, cooked vegetables (such as mushrooms in wine sauce, eggplant rolls, stuffed tomatoes) and cured meat or cheese platters.
