Description
Light yellow-green colour and complex nose with intense aromas of exotic and white-fleshed fruit, especially grapefruit and peach. Well balanced and richly flavoured, with a a subtle sense of crispy “minerals” thanks to Assyrtiko, it leaves a pleasant freshness and a lingering aftertaste.
Served at 9-11°C to bring out the rich aromas and fresh flavour.
