Description
Red wine from the indigenous variety of Vlachiko grown in the hilly slopes of Zitsa.
Bright ruby colour of medium depth. Intense bouquet of red fruit, dried plum, black pepper, and chocolate aromas. Velvety flavour with vanilla notes, and high acidity in the mouth. Discreet tannins.
Paired with red meat cooked or grilled, risotto with mushrooms (wild or truffle), matured cheeses, and cold cuts.
